Analisis Faktor Psychological Capital Pada Perilaku Kreatif Mahasiswa STMIK Amikom Purwokerto dengan Pendekatan Path Analysis
Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Faktor Psychological Capital pada Perilaku Kreatif Mahasiswa STMIK Amikom Purwokerto dengan pendekatan Path Analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel hope terhadap perilaku kreatif. Kedua untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap perilaku kreatif. Ketiga untuk
menganalisis pengaruh resilience terhadap perilaku kreatif. Tahap keempat dilakukan analisis terhadap pengaruh optimism terhadap perilaku kreatif. Penelitian dilakukan di
STMIK Amikom Purwokerto. Peneliti memutuskan untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan
kriteria tertentu. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa yang sudah berwirausaha bidang teknologi informasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan analisa
data menerapkan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel hope, self efficacy, resilience dan optimism secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kreatif mahasiswa.
Kata Kunci : Perilaku Kreatif, Psychological Capital, Path Analysis
