ANALISIS FAKTOR GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN TENAGA KERJA UMKM YANG DIMEDIASI KEPUASAN KERJA

Abstract


Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Faktor  Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Transaksional Terhadap Tenaga Kerja UMKM Yang Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja. Tujuan penelitian  untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap komitmen tenaga kerja yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kebanaran Kecamatan Karanglewas Kabupaten Banyumas. Peneliti memutuskan untuk mengambil sampel menggunakan total sampling, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan responden. Cara pengambilannya menggunakan metode porpusive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu (Sugiyono, 2010).  Kriteria yang digunakan adalah tenaga kerja yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kwantitatif dan analisa datanya menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional terhadap komitmen organisasi.
