PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL, ORIENTASI TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN, DAN KARAKTERISTIK LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP SELF EFFICACY DAN TRANSFER PELATIHAN
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control
terhadap self eficacy dan transfer pelatihan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi
pembelajaran terhadap self efficacy, pengaruh orientasi tujuan pembelajaran terhadap
transfer pelatihan, pengaruh karateristik lingkungan keria terhadap self eficacy'
pengaruh karateristik lingkungan kerja terhadap transfer pelatihan serta pengaruh self
elJicacy terhadap transJbr pelatihan. Penelitian dilakukan di Bank Danamon lulonesia
KC Purwokerto. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah
1 . Locus of control berpengaruh positf terhadap self eficacy.
2. Orientasi tujuan pembelajaran berpengaruh posttif terhadap self eficacy'
3. Karakteristik lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positf terhadap self efficacy.
1. Terdapat pengaruh positif dari variabel locus of control terhadap transfer pelatilmrt
kerj a.
5. Orientasi tujuan pembelajaran berpengaruh posttif terhadap transfer pelatihan
kerja.
6. Viriabel karakteristik lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap
tansfer pe lat ihan kerj a.
