ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto)

Abstract


This study entitled "Analysis of Influential Factors on Employee Performance
(A Case Study STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto)". The purpose of this study is to
inyestigate and analyze the influence of organizational climate, organizational
commitment, leadership and employee compensation to performance. To lotow and
analye the
factors
that have most impact on employee performance STMIK
AMIKOM Purwokerto. The experiment was conducted in December of 2010 and take
a place at STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. The study was survey research. Population
in this research is all employees in STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto numbering 46
people. Researchers decided to take 4l employees as respondents, the sampling
technique in this study using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with employee
status strata. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis, whereas to
test levels of signifcance using the F test and t test . Results
from
path analysis
showed that organizational climate variables on the performance of employees have
the path coeff;cient of 0.2111, the variables organizational commitment to employee
pedormance has a path coefficient of 0.4164, leadership variables on the
performance of employees have the path coefjicient of 0.2383 and variable
compensation
for
employee's performance has a path coefficient of 0.2663.
Conclusions in this study is the
first
organizational climate has a positive in/luence
on employee performance. Both organizational commitment have a positive impact
on employee performance. The three leadership has a positive influence on employee
performance. Fourth compensdtion hos a positive influence on employee
performance STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. Fifth among organizational cltmate,
organizational commitment, leadership and compensation, organizational
commitment
factors
have most impact on employee performance.
