ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN PT. BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK (Studi Kasus : Pergantian Kepemimpinan E.C.W. Neloe)

Abstract


The title of this research is “Health Level of Analysis at PT. Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk (Case study : Commutation of Leadership of E.C.W. Neloe)”. The
purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the work system of financial at PT.
Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk after commutation of leadership of E.C.W. Neloe. The
research hypothesis is that the work system of financial at PT. Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk after commutation of leadership of E.C.W. Neloe is good. Analysis tool
that is used in this research is Camel analysis. The result of this research shows that
the work system of financial at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk tends to be in good
condition. It is known that the end of total value that is obtained in the 2005 is 77.36,
in the 2006 are 81.26 and in the 2007 are 85.50. It means that the work system of
financial at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk tend to getting better in the 2005 until
2007. Therefore, the hypothesis states that the work system of financial at PT. Bank
Mandiri (Persero) Tbk after commutation of leadership of E.C.W. Neloe is good.
