PERAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN KOMUNIKASI ATAS PRODUKTIVITAS PEGAWAI PERUSAHAAN GALANGAN KAPAL

Abstract


Perusahaan yang unggul adalah perusahaan yang dapat mengoptimalkan kapasitas yang tersedia. Melihat seberapa jauh permasalahan budaya organisasi, gaya kepemipinan dan komunikasi secara paralel atau simultan berpengaruh pada produktivitas pegawai di PT Daya Radar Utama adalah tujuan penelitian ini. Populasi perusahaan adalah 335 pekerja dengan 78 responden yang dipergunakan sebagai sampel, dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hipotesis diuji dengan uji t dan F. Baik budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi mempunyai dampak yang berbeda atas produktivitas pegawai terlihat dari hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian membuktikan uji secara parsial menunjukkan budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Pada uji F didapatkan budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pegawai secara simultan di PT. Daya Radar Utama
