PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN RENDAH HATI, KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI PELAYANAN TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PEGAWAI SEKTOR PUBLIK

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan rendah hati, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) pegawai kantor pelayanan publik di kabupaten Banyumas Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 82 pegawai kantor pelayanan publik. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan rendah hati, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan motivasi pelayanan publik berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap perilaku warga organisasi pegawai perempuan di sector publik. Di antara variabel independen tersebut, kepemimpinan rendah hati memiliki pengaruh tertinggi terhadap OCB.
