Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Author Guidelines
Manuscripts must be submitted using the Online Submission System on the Telematika portal (https://ejournal.amikompurwokerto.ac.id/index.php/telematika/) after registering as an author in the "Register" section. Online submission procedures can be found at the end of this guide.
The author should use the manuscript template provided by Telematika. Writing guidelines and templates can be downloaded at the following address

Manuscripts sent to Telematika Editor must follow the instructions for writing. If the article does not comply with this guide, it will be returned to the author without further review.
General provisions in Telematika script writing are as follows:
Manuscripts written for Telematika include the results of research in the fields of Information Technology and Computer Science. Manuscripts are written in English.
- Telematika does not accept manuscripts via email. Manuscripts must be sent through the web system. For those who have never registered, please register first.
- Manuscripts sent are * .doc files.
- The length of the script is expected not to exceed 16 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper is needing more than 16 pages.
- Writing the script must follow the rules provided in the Telematika template.
- Author's Guide Please use the following guidelines to prepare your manuscript before sending it.
Title: Title: Font Times New Roman, Capitalize the first letter (16pt)The title should be clear and concise. Each Word Begins with a Capital Letter and Bold. The author's name and affiliation as written above. The author's name is written clearly without a title.
Writing the script is suggested by the structure section as follows:
Title: The title of the paper should describe research aims, method/model, and objective, without Acronym or abbreviation.
Abstract: The Abstract has 230 to 300 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
Section structure: Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure:
INTRODUCTION: the author states background of the research, identification of the problem, limitation of the research problem, formulation of solving problem, and review of literature and previous studies. The author also explain research purposes and its significances.
METHOD : This section explains about the materials of the research and the equipments used as the method.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION : The result of the research can be presented in the form of tables, graphs or figures. They can be compiled with written text to build a discussion of the findings, that is about the new, the modification or the established theory –
CONCLUSION : It is better to give more than one conclusion and suggestion. You may give suggestion that is beneficial to further research, related to practical measurement or development of the new theories.
- Citation and bibliography used are prioritised over the past 5 years and come from reputable journals. The bibliography of the journal is at least 80% of what was written. We suggest authors to use reference management software like EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, etc., to prepare citations and the list of references
- Each text on Telematika will be reviewed by a minimum of 2 reviewers with a Single-blind review system. All review processes are carried out online through the Telematika web system, and the author can monitor the development of the manuscript through the web system.
- The time for each text to be sent until it is declared accepted by the Editorial Board will not be the same depending on the review process of each text. The Editorial Board cannot guarantee that the time is published with certainty when the author sends the new text.
- Print inspection and editing are done by the editor and by involving the author.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Single-Blind Review have been followed.
