PERSEPSI TERHADAP KARYAWAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA BAGI MANAJER
The attentions to the people that employed by an organization is not a new
thing. But, the thing that relatively new is that we are finnaly more scientific in the
understanding about people in organization. Although scientific approach can not
answer the problems in the organization totally, but this approach can give a
useful framework in understanding and analizing people in organization. This
paper is focusing on psyhcological behaviour, especially in individual behaviour
understanding (perceptual process). One aspect that continually learnt deeply in
this paper is interpersonal perception process.
